Refund policy

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

Due to our exceedingly rapid turn-around time, we ONLY offer cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. (ie. By the time most customers decide to cancel, their item has already been cut)

Items are custom-made-to-order and unique to purchaser therefore we DON'T accept returns or exchanges BUT please contact us if you have any problems with your order.  

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS:

If the item you ordered arrives defective or incorrect, PLEASE contact us through the messaging system to discuss. Please allow us to respond to your issue before leaving feedback on your order, our goal is to please our customers and we ask for the opportunity to make things right if our shop is at fault.

In the event that your item is damaged during shipping please contact us with your order number, shipping address and photos of damage.
