Shipping policy

SHIPPING AND DAYS OF OPERATION:

Please note that our shop is in operation during M-F business days only, we reserve weekends and Holidays for family time. Our production/ship-out countdown is based on full (non-holiday) business days only. For example, if a customer were to order on a Friday afternoon the production countdown would begin on Monday morning.


  • We offer free shipping on all products via USPS Priority in the contiguous continental United States. If ordering from Alaska or Hawaii please message us for a shipping quote BEFORE placing an order. We do not do offer expedited shipping at this time.
  • Please note that we cannot control the operating hours of USPS. If your order has been shipped out of our shop and is in USPS custody, if USPS isn’t running due to it being a Sunday/Holiday, then your item will ship at their next available convenience.
  • It is essential that you provide a good ship-to address to guarantee delivery of your order. Please check your ship-to address when you place your order and if changes need to be made WE MUST BE NOTIFIED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF WHEN THE ORDER WAS PLACED.




Verify Your Address!
Once your item ships we are unable to change your address nor can we reroute it while in transit. If your package does not get delivered due to the incorrect address or is returned to us for any reason, the customer would be responsible for the shipping fees to have it redelivered.
