I have heard back from Rapid Arc and they are remaking my sign that arrived damaged in shipping. I am totally satisfied with the action taken to resolve the issue. The black metal sign seems to be very good quality. It was the shipper who damaged the item.
The item arrived damaged yesterday. I’ve messaged Rapid Arc thru Etsy app within minutes of receiving the package yesterday, it did take about 24 hours to get a response back. However, the response was, we will replace the item no problem.
Product is exactly as described. Shipping was fast, and communication was consistent. The sign is a beautiful addition to our holding pond.
